Connie Valentini began to study voice with Nella Tuzzi, Tiziana Ghiglioni and Gianna Montecalvo. She begins her studies at “Niccolo Piccini” Conservatory, Bari (Puglia, IT) where take the degree in Jazz and continued her studies “Nino Rota” Conservatory, Monopoli (Puglia, IT) where sche takes the second degree in Jazz with the highest marks.
During her studies, she explores the various techniques of singing following Masterclass with Enrico Rava, Rachel Goud, Israel Varela, Alfredo Paixao, Sergio Bellotti, Steve Hunt, Daniele Di Bonaventura, Anne Ducros, Fabrizio Bosso, Bob Stoloff, Paola Folli and many others.
Perfects her vocal technique with masterclasses in Phoniatrics and Voice Perception with Franco Fussi and, she participates in the VI and VII conference phoniatrics and speech therapy “The artistic voice” in Ravenna and Forte dei Marmi.
For years, she joins as a répétiteur Maestro Luca Pitteri and his singing classes at the “Mousikè” Music Academy in Martina Franca.
Since 2006 she teaches singing and vocal setting at the “Mousikè” Music Academy.
In her long career she has collaborated with major italian and foreign jazz musicians such as Marco Tamburini, Tony Scott, Afredo Paixao, Robertinho De Paula, Achille Succi, Daniele Di Bonaventura, Tiziana Ghiglioni, Gianni Lenoci, Irene Aebi Lacy, Pasquale Angelini, Nando Di Modugno , Vito Amatulli, Giuseppe Amatulli, Robert King David, Pippo D’Ambrosio, Egidio Marchitelli, Vito Di Modugno, Mimmo Campanale, Tonino Dambrosio, Antonio Nisi, Ettore Carucci, Pine Picchierri, Felice Mezzina, Camillo Pace, Stefano Battaglia, Nico Gori, Paolo Fresu, Dario Cecchini and many, many others.
In December 2010, in collaboration with Camillo Pace, released by Dodicilune Urhu Wetu.
In 2013 released Al di là del bene e del mare with Antonio Dambrosio Ensemble where she is present as a singer/narrator.
Currently she performs with Daniele Di Bonaventura in “Dos Voces” and with Massimiliano Conte in MATKA.
